3. Open-Source Software

All plugins distributed through this site are released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL-2.0-or-later), unless otherwise stated. This means you are free to use, modify, and redistribute the software under the terms of that license.

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. You assume all risk associated with installing, configuring, and running these plugins on your WordPress site.

4. Blockchain Transactions

Plugins on this site may facilitate transactions on the Cardano blockchain. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is submitted to the Cardano blockchain and confirmed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or charged back.
• This is not financial advice. Nothing on this site or in our plugins constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks of any blockchain transaction.
• You are responsible for wallet security. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials, mnemonic phrases, and private keys. Lost keys cannot be recovered by us or anyone else.
• Network fees and conditions are outside our control. Transaction fees, confirmation times, and network availability are determined by the Cardano network, not by our plugins or this site.

5. Third-Party Services

Our plugins integrate with third-party APIs and services, including but not limited to:

• Blockfrost — for Cardano blockchain queries and transaction submission
• IPFS / Pinata — for decentralized file storage and metadata pinning
• Anvil API — for transaction building and submission

These services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party service. Your use of these services through our plugins is at your own risk.

6. Server-Side Key Storage

Some plugins support server-side storage of Cardano signing keys to enable automated transaction signing from your WordPress server. You acknowledge that:

• Private keys stored on your server are encrypted at rest using AES-256-CBC with WordPress salts, but the overall security of those keys depends on your server environment.
• You are solely responsible for securing your hosting environment, including keeping WordPress, PHP, and server software up to date.
• Peanut Butter Digital Marketing, LLC does not have access to your keys and cannot recover them if lost or compromised.
• Server-side signing is a convenience feature. For higher-security use cases, consider CIP-30 browser wallet signing instead.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peanut Butter Digital Marketing, LLC, its owner, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our plugins
• Any blockchain transactions initiated through our plugins
• Loss of funds, tokens, or NFTs due to key compromise, misconfiguration, or user error
• Downtime, errors, or data loss from third-party services
• Any unauthorized access to your server or stored keys

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All plugins and content on this site are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our plugins will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every WordPress configuration or hosting environment.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of this site or our plugins after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
